30-Day Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products should generally be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Free Returns

For eligible returns accepted under this policy, Great1Store will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an item is faulty, damaged, defective, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us at contact@great1store.shop.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees are separate from our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy and cannot be excluded or restricted by this policy.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Our 30-day return policy for eligible change-of-mind returns is an additional benefit provided by Great1Store.

A change-of-mind return may include situations where you no longer want the product or have simply changed your mind.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
